Our core botanical Baobab fruit is creates a sweet and tangy citrus flavour, complemented with bountiful botanicals of Juniper berries, Coriander, Rosemary, Cinnamon, Coarse Salt, Lemon Peel, Orange Peel among others.

The baobab fruit grows on the baobab tree, which is native to the African savannah.The baobab tree is one of the most iconic trees found on earth and is otherwise known as the ‘tree of life’.
The Baobab is not just a tree, it’s the focal point of communities, the source of nourishment and the provider of shelter.
It is found in 32 countries across Africa and can live up to 5000 years andreach over 30 meters high and 50 meters in circumference. You may evenrecognise it as the tree that Rafiki calls home in Disney’s Lion King and inthe Avatar too!
For Bayab sustainability is not a buzzword, our gin is created in our fully solar powered distillery and we ensure that our raw products, which are acquired for the production of our spirits, are procured from suppliers who are both sustainable, environmentally responsible, and organic.
We are also very proud to partner with Ho Technical University in Ghana funding research that will lead to 1 million Baobab trees being planted to prevent the extinction of the legendary tree.
