Classic Dry

THE BAYAB BUCK

Crisp, zingy, refreshing.

Ingredients

  • Bayab Classic Dry Gin50ml
  • Fresh lime juice20ml
  • Ginger beerTop
  • Lime wedge & mintGarnish

Method

Fill a highball glass with ice. Add Bayab Classic Dry Gin and fresh lime juice. Top with ginger beer and stir gently. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint sprig.

Palm & Pineapple

PINEAPPLE GIMLET

Tropical, sharp, alive.

Ingredients

  • Bayab Palm & Pineapple Gin50ml
  • Fresh lime juice25ml
  • Pineapple juice20ml
  • Pineapple wedgeGarnish

Method

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake hard for 10 seconds. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge.

Orange & Marula

ORANGE NEGRONI

Bold, bitter, beautiful.

Ingredients

  • Bayab Orange & Marula Gin30ml
  • Campari30ml
  • Sweet vermouth30ml
  • Orange twistGarnish

Stir all ingredients over ice for 30 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Express an orange twist over the glass and garnish.

African Rose

LYCHEE MARTINI

Floral, elegant, seductive.

Ingredients

  • Bayab African Rose Gin50ml
  • Lychee liqueur20ml
  • Fresh lemon juice15ml
  • Rose petalGarnish

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously for 12 seconds. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Float a rose petal on top to garnish.
